Return policy

 

How long do I have to return my item? 


To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days after items are delivered. Once the return is initiated you may return them within 7 days from the initiation date. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 



To start a return, you can contact us at venscollection20@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, it will be returned at customer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once the return is accepted customers must return the items within 7 days. 

We reserve the right not to accept your return if the product is not in its original state

Please allow up to 2-5 business days upon receipt to receive store credit

Please Note: Returns must be unworn, free of odors, without damage, stains and must be in the same whole condition you received it IN ORDER to be ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items not returned whole will be sent back to your shipping address.

 
What are Final Sale Items?

All items that are bodysuits, undergarments, accessories are considered Final Sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for Store Credit. 

 

We ship via USPS Priority Mail - DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as special order or personalized items)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Items on sale purchased with a Discount code or gift card.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds /Store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not for a store credit. If approved, you'll be sent a gift card for store credit.

We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Return Policy.
